I would not recommend Quality Stone Veneer, especially for their installation. Since my home was completed, I’ve had ongoing issues with stones falling off the facade. They have since stopped doing business in the state of Colorado. I felt compelled to share my experience because they use a photo of my house on their website and also use it in their installation video. Extremely polite with that Customer Care attitude. Very knowledgeable of the system, how it works and how long it lasts.
Stones started falling off of our new home two years after installation. They never applied metal lathe or scratch coat for the stones to adhere to. In case you didn't know, when foundation walls are poured, a release agent is sprayed on to the form panels so they come off easily after the concrete sets up. The mold release gets transferred to the concrete by consequence of contact with the forms. That is why a lathe and scratch coat must be applied.
