We live an hour away and decided to drive there during their business hours on my day off... No one there that could help us. One of the truck drivers was there and tried to contact sales person. Sales person didn't respond. Went elsewhere. If you're considering them be sure to call first to be sure someone is there!
Beware before buying! Beautiful showroom. Miscalculated stone estimates and ran out of stone four times. Inconsistent color patterns - said they would fix (photos can prove it). Stone is thrown in wooden totes that cause scratches, chips, etc. Poor workmanship by installers who don’t speak English (photos can prove it). Light blocks and soldiers were all crooked needing replaced - they did replace after complaining. Tried to make it right by giving us enough stone to create two stone pillars. Still waiting. Great company. I used them twice for my home. Did a great job on the exterior stone and the interior chimney chase. Great communication. Would highly recommend.
