The Product looked decent but after hours of measuring, taking pictures and communication with a sales rep for a quote I was told that the price of the stone would have to include a $6000 delivery charge! There is no option for pickup at any Colorado Location. I feel this should have been disclosed in the website! Who pays $6000 delivery on a $1000 project?
i went to quality stone veneer, bought some stacked stone for my 2 fireplaces. i ordered a tan/beige color. what i got was a dark color that looked gray when installed. the hearthstone i ordered was a light brown color, what i got was a mixture of light brown and creme white, so i ordered one color and got 2 different colors. i had a two tone hearth fireplace that looked like hell. also, when the guy measured for the stone i got and had to pay for enough stone to do three fireplaces. they would not take any of the stone back... read more
