Have used Quality Stone twice. Our first experience was for kitchen counters. Start to finish everything went well. We love our counters, and have recommend Quality Stone to friends. When we did our bathroom remodel we went right back to Quality Stone. We picked out a slab we loved and were excited for another good experience. Unfortunately the install was a huge disappointment. This is my third time using QSC and I want to give a big shout out to Mary Beth in scheduling. This time using them almost went sideways, but she stepped in and made everything right. Quality stone concepts recently did granite countertops for my kitchen. All of their staff was warm and welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Matt and his team showed up on time for both the measure and installation. This was a very easy process, and they did wonderful work!
We were looking at various counter tops for our new kitchen. Cat was great to work with and showing us different choices once she got a feel for what we were looking for We looked at granite types, for its cleaning and being a durable product. Depending on the type of granite had alot to do with the price. Also the size and how much counter tops you need affects the price. We had a small piece of granite that needed one edge finished for a new kitchen island. Even though it was an extremely small job for what they normally do, they treated me as if I was purchasing enough stone to redo three kitchens. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for your next project.
