We had a small piece of granite that needed one edge finished for a new kitchen island. Even though it was an extremely small job for what they normally do, they treated me as if I was purchasing enough stone to redo three kitchens. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for your next project.
Had kitchen counter tops replaced a few years ago (not by Quality Stone Concepts). Job was horribly done and the seams failed and were very uneven. I had multiple companies come to give me estimates but they all felt only way to fix was to replace the counter tops and cabinets. Mark from Quality Stone Concepts came out and within 60" had them leveled and secured- all done at a very reasonable price. I am renovating my home, including all the bathrooms and the kitchen. All the employees at Quality Stone have been great to communicate with and always left me feeling confident the work would be done as I imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.
The design/sales, scheduling, communication, measuring, and installation were all outstanding. They did a bath vanity top with an inset sink for us and the results were perfect.
If I could give Quality Stone Concepts 10 stars I would have. From beginning to end the team at Quality Stone Concepts was outstanding. We walked without an appointment and met with Cat to discuss our countertop needs for our kitchen remodel. There were many options provided by Cat to choose from. We chose a Fantasy Brown Stone from their stock. Once our cabinets were installed, measurement and installation scheduling with Amanda was seams less.
