Brian is very quick honest experienced and reliable. When he first came to our house to fix our Rheem hot water system Brian immediately knew the problem and advised us he could fix the problem cheaply short term but long term we would need to change our system. He wasn’t trying to hard sell us and just advised to give him a ring when the system died if we preferred to wait and see how it went. It didn’t take long for another problem to appear. Brian very quickly came and replaced our hot water system.
Brian service is great fast honest and definitely good for me and everyone else. A plumber told me that I needed a new solar hot water system installed.I rang Brian to have a look at the old one he installed over 20 years ago as a second opinion. He could have told me that I needed a new system to make money but he told me that I would still get 4 to 5 years out of the existing system. Honest and great integrity- hard to find nowadays! Had a problem with our solar system, Brian went out of his way to advise us on the best route to take and saved us thousands. Integrity that is refreshing to see these days.
Brian did an install of a heat pump hot water system for us. There were a few complications in the way our existing system was set up and he worked through the issues systematically with good communication along the way. It took a few weeks to finalise the best solution including a couple of site visits. When it was time to put the new system in he installed the system promptly and with attention to detail.
