Brian service is great fast honest and definitely good for me and everyone else. A plumber told me that I needed a new solar hot water system installed.I rang Brian to have a look at the old one he installed over 20 years ago as a second opinion. He could have told me that I needed a new system to make money but he told me that I would still get 4 to 5 years out of the existing system. Honest and great integrity- hard to find nowadays! Brian did an install of a heat pump hot water system for us. There were a few complications in the way our existing system was set up and he worked through the issues systematically with good communication along the way. It took a few weeks to finalise the best solution including a couple of site visits. When it was time to put the new system in he installed the system promptly and with attention to detail.
