The experience was very frustrating almost immediately following signing the contract, I’ve made 2 payments on my system and just got a call from permitting that they hadn’t been paid as of yet! Many promises made have not been fulfilled, including mobile monitoring and monitoring in general, also extended product warranties in which I have no information or paperwork about.
