This place "denies" older vehicles because it takes too long and they were busy. My wife waited there for a hour to get our 1997 truck smogged. We've had it smogged at this shop for the past 3 times it was necessary for registration renewal. We've also had it smogged at 2 other shops in different cities in the past. Went on 2/13/26. Waited an hour, had a car cut in front of me. Then, about to get inspection and the guy asks what year again? 1995. He then says, I can't do it right now, I'm going to have to get all these cars behind you because yours takes 45 minutes. I've been going here for over 20 years and never had a bad experience until today. I work in customer service and that was ridiculous.
