I rate this company a 5/5 and it's mostly for two reasons -- high value and great heart, or good faith. In terms of value, I found their website to be a wealth of resource for me -- or rather, let me say it actually started with their YouTube channel which I also liked. Poor service. Booked a phone consult service with this guy called Grant. As a new importer i felt belittled by his actions during and after the virtual meeting. During our meeting he seemed rushed and un-interested, he promised a follow up email with all points discussed and quotes but never delivered. I wrote him a follow up reminder email and guess what ? nothing happened. Totally wasted my time and left me hanging. Zero professionalism.
