In the beginning of using my CPAP everything was great. I could get new masks when I needed them because they were submitted to my benefit provider without any problems. I need to get a accessory because mine wore out. Because of Covid-19 I am unable to get this piece which makes my CPAP unable to be used. After my initial sleep assessment, I was skeptical that my sleep was so bad as had been measured, they happily allowed me to use a second, completely different sleep assessment technology without any argument. It confirmed the results of the first assessment. Super positive people.
We were referred by our family doctor as part of trying to diagnose my husband's sleep problems. Everything seemed great at first, but they used high pressure tactics (i.e. scare tactics) to get us to purchase the equipment from them (that he did not require) threatening they wouldn't monitor it if it wasn't purchased from them, yet they couldn't answer some of the basic questions regarding the equipment.
