Everyone is so kind.
Doc only does virtual appts. Front desk are rude and dismissive. Not worth the money you spend to never meet the doctor in person. Seek care somewhere you can actually sit down with your doctor. Not a place where the doctor keeps you on hold for 20 minutes past your virtual appt.
They didn’t know how to handle my son and wanted me to reschedule the appointment when they knew he’s autistic it would be a little difficult for testing but one of the girls came in and handled it like a champ! I believe her name was Tyee? Best nurse I’ve ever had with my son! I appreciate her so much! That woman knows how to work with kids super well, I’m glad they have her.
My primary doctor recommended this place. The doctor was ok, the front desk people were tolerable. I was overcharged, never received a call back regarding this matter. After, a billing company harassed me for payment. I paid the bill, however, will never go to this place again. Not personally for me.
