Great people, products, and place. I have been going there for about 10 years. Besides the top of the line A/V products their customer service is top notch. Last year I brought in a Harmon Kardon reciever that quit working a month after the warranty was up. They told me I should call H/K and talk to them. I was highly doubful it would work, but my reciever was fixed for free. I TOTALLY agree with Rob. Ray and his staff are so caring, thorough, and beYOND fair regarding ANY costs. Rays first concern is for his customer to be satisfied and happy. Plus, hes easy to reach if you have any questions about anyTHING...any TIME. You just cant find that anymore.
