Quality Sheet metal did a fantastic job installing units in 2014. I called in 2022 to report a Freon leak while the unit was under warranty. My husband and I had previously in 2021 put refrigerant in one unit 2 separate occasions. A technician from Quality Sheet metal was sent to work on the unit in early 2023, and I was told the leak was repaired. The warranty went out October, 2023, and the Freon was entirely empty in June, 2024. The cost is almost $3000 to repair the leak that should have been repaired by Quality sheet me... read more
