The introductory sewing class was wonderful! I couldn’t even thread my fancy new self threading sewing sewing machine! The students had different types of machines. Our instructor was very patient with us. By the end of the class we were sewing away and we learned 5 or 6 different stitches and how to sew on different types of fabric. I’d highly recommend it!
When I brought my machines in for service the staff were exceptional in their expertise in dealing with a problem machine and honest about what I should do with it. The estimate on costs were accurate and the time it would take was accurate as well.

I've been a customer with this company for over 10 years. I've never been disappointed in the availability of sewing/embroidery machines and vacuums. It's amazing that they stock all of the accessories for all of their products. On top of that, the staff is wonderful. Smart and well informed. Quality Sewing and Vacuum continues to provide wonderful service and a great selection of products & classes for sewers, quilters and embroiders.
Brought a Sebo vaccuum in for cleaning. The job was done well, promised and delivered on a certain date. Would definitely return to the store and their services. The store is also a good resource for purchasing vaccuums and sewing supplies/yardage.
