The people at this business are very helpful, informative, got my needs taken care of quickly, and the cost of vacuum cleaning and repair was less than what the estimate given me. I was very appreciative that I was quoted the max this servicing could cost me; that way I was prepared to pay, but pleasantly surprised that it ended up costing much less. No one was out to take advantage of me, and I will return without hesitation. I am happy to recommend this business as honest, reputable, and for putting the customer first.
The people at Quality Sewing & Vacuum are always very friendly and helpful. I love their classes as they take plenty of time to explain everything and give you one on one help if needed.
Took my Singer in for a repair, it's only 8mos old and they quoted me $165.00....but a $165 overhaul seems to be what they always quote for a sewing machine with a problem! When I questioned the amount, the tried to sell me a new machine??!! So I found a old Guy in Kent and he was awesome and my charge was $60!!! I do not like a business that operates on "let's Sell one of ours" and sCREW the customer!!
