I had a broken vacuum cleaner with broken wheels and got fixed up nicely and now works well. Good quality help, knowledgeable expertise, and they nicely provided a loaner vacuum machine. Good friendly staff and helpful. Happy with their service and would use them again. Very nice shop too.

I have to share the incredible customer service experience I had with the Bellingham Quality Sewing & Vacuum staff! I was totally overwhelmed by a "last-minute" project my sister asked me to do for her daughter's engagement party. When I was completely stuck, I contacted the store and took a long shot to see if they might be able to help me with my project that day. Crystal helped me get the stabilizer that would be compatible with what my pattern was calling for and Chelsea helped me match fabric for my project. A great team now at the Bellingham store! Thank you!!!

I brought my central vacuum hose and attachment in to be fixed. Staff was very friendly, helpful, efficient and thorough. Gene, the repair man, went above and beyond. Cost was reasonable.

I shopped at the Bellingham store last Saturday and Boo waited on me. I wanted to see the new Baby Lock cover stitch machine, as well as purchase some fabric. I was sad to learn that Michele had left the store, but Boo was absolutely delightful, informative and helpful without being pushy. She was readily available when I was ready to have fabric cut and my entire shopping experience was stress-free and delightful.
