I LOVE this store! The staff here are amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fun. Anna is especially great. She knows so much about the machines and is so encouraging about offering help with sewing. I just bought a new vacuum and am thrilled with my purchase. The selection was excellent and the prices were very fair. I'm going to take some of their sewing classes soon. Wonderful community of staff and customers here.

I walked in wanting a vacuum and Caleb knew exactly what I needed! You can tell he was passionate and knowledgeable about the Sebo Felix. I have many furry pets and environmental allergies, so I needed a vacuum that would be able suck everything up. Caleb showed off all the cool features and allowed me to give the vacuum a try. He was happy to answer any questions and explain vacuum maintenance as well. I would absolutely recommend anyone come here for quality vacuums and sewing machines!

I have been doing business with Quality Sewing & Vacuum for about 9 years now. I can not say enough about how great my experience has always been with them. Every time I walk into the store, I feel so welcome and at home. They have always provided me with a wonderful service and have never tried to sell me anything I do not need. My sewing machine was repaired for a reasonable price. It came back to me very quickly. Very pleased with the workers and their kindness. I called ahead of time because my sewing machine is very old and I didn't know if they could service it. After my machine was fixed someone was so kind as to carry it out to the car. Crystal was very helpful! Thank you Crystal and the rest of the employees!

I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful! went in with a sewing problem once that I didn't think could be addressed. My mistake, the gal was so good to explain to me exactly what I needed to do. I was absolutely thrilled. Have always been very pleased with the service when I go to Quality Sewing and Vacuum!!
