I walked in wanting a vacuum and Caleb knew exactly what I needed! You can tell he was passionate and knowledgeable about the Sebo Felix. I have many furry pets and environmental allergies, so I needed a vacuum that would be able suck everything up. Caleb showed off all the cool features and allowed me to give the vacuum a try. He was happy to answer any questions and explain vacuum maintenance as well. I would absolutely recommend anyone come here for quality vacuums and sewing machines!

My sewing machine was repaired for a reasonable price. It came back to me very quickly. Very pleased with the workers and their kindness. I called ahead of time because my sewing machine is very old and I didn't know if they could service it. After my machine was fixed someone was so kind as to carry it out to the car. Crystal was very helpful! Thank you Crystal and the rest of the employees!
I needed a specific part for a specific sewing machine and they quickly ordered it in for me. The price was great and the service was amazing. The employee “Nick” who assisted me should be given a raise!
Took my machine in tonight just 30 minutes before closing nick started helping me and then turned it over to Adam he quickly assessed the issue the machine has to go out for service he assured me they will handle this quickly and offered my a embroidery loaner so i can get my projets finished it was so nice to know he understood was able to get me a machine to use as my machine has had a couple different issues but this time i will be able to finish what i had started...Thank you so very much
