My sewing machine was repaired for a reasonable price. It came back to me very quickly. Very pleased with the workers and their kindness. I called ahead of time because my sewing machine is very old and I didn't know if they could service it. After my machine was fixed someone was so kind as to carry it out to the car. Crystal was very helpful! Thank you Crystal and the rest of the employees!
I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful! went in with a sewing problem once that I didn't think could be addressed. My mistake, the gal was so good to explain to me exactly what I needed to do. I was absolutely thrilled. Have always been very pleased with the service when I go to Quality Sewing and Vacuum!!
I had a great experience shopping for a sewing machine at Quality sewing and Vacuum! They had exactly the machine I wanted and were able to give me guidance on what kind of supplies I need to get up and running. They also have a REALLY CUTE fabric selection there! I will absolutely be going back!
I had a broken vacuum cleaner with broken wheels and got fixed up nicely and now works well. Good quality help, knowledgeable expertise, and they nicely provided a loaner vacuum machine. Good friendly staff and helpful. Happy with their service and would use them again. Very nice shop too.
I have to share the incredible customer service experience I had with the Bellingham Quality Sewing & Vacuum staff! I was totally overwhelmed by a "last-minute" project my sister asked me to do for her daughter's engagement party. When I was completely stuck, I contacted the store and took a long shot to see if they might be able to help me with my project that day.
