Brought our Dyson in to repair a broken hose. The man was quick and nice but told us that the vacuum was too old since we have had it for 15 years and Dyson probably doesn't sell repair parts for it and we would need to buy a new vacuum without even checking. He then tried to sell us a 600$+ vacuum telling us Dyson's only last for 2-5 years. Went home and found a new hose from Dyson on Amazon and repaired it myself in 5 to minutes and 20$. Disappointed in the lack of desire to repair the vacuum and just try to push a new one... read more
I love this place. I purchased my Meile vacuum here at least 12 years ago and love it. They keep it working in top shape with their tune up program. They don't just sell they service with a smile.
