The people at this business are very helpful, informative, got my needs taken care of quickly, and the cost of vacuum cleaning and repair was less than what the estimate given me. I was very appreciative that I was quoted the max this servicing could cost me; that way I was prepared to pay, but pleasantly surprised that it ended up costing much less. No one was out to take advantage of me, and I will return without hesitation. I am happy to recommend this business as honest, reputable, and for putting the customer first.
Needed to replace my "dying" sewing machine, and was considering changing brands. Lynmarie spent hours with me walking me through the in and outs of several machines, making sure that I would end up with the machine that would meet all my needs, and be my "dream" machine. The services at Quality Sewing and Vacuum were terrific! My 20+ year old sewing machine was refurbished to "like new" condition and now works like a dream. The terms of repair were explained clearly and the machine was returned to me in a timely manner. I also purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner and could not be more pleased. My house has never been so clean! Thousands of thanks to Quality Sewing and Vacuum. Highly recommended.
The people at Quality Sewing & Vacuum are always very friendly and helpful. I love their classes as they take plenty of time to explain everything and give you one on one help if needed.
Initially came to look at a new machine. The sales personel were so friendly and knowledgeable,and accomodating especialy Kathy and the manager (whose name escapes me). They knew I wanted a specific machine and the manager even went to Tukwila to get a new one for me. I appreciate them for making the experiene of buying a machine very pleasant. This is my second purchase at the 38th Street store and I will recemmend it to others.
This is an appreciative shout-out and recommendation for Quality Sewng and Vacuum in Silverdale (they are next to print shop that used to be FedEx/Kinkos in what used to be the Seattle Lighting location). I called them because, after upending all the parts of my vacuum’s head in a botched attempt to replace its broken belt I somehow ended up with an extraneous piece of cardboard which an internet search of the schematic revealed to be an “insulator” for the motor. They came to my house and serviced my machines. It is so refreshing to find someone who is honest these days but they will tell you if they can repair your machine or if they can't. Their prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend Quality Sewing Center for all your sewing needs.
Hi, I had curtains sewn together to fit a large window. The owner also altered a jacket for my husband. She did a wonderful job. I plan to take another set of curtains and material for a valence to her later next week. Also and after five jumpsuit to be altered for a retirement party. I sincerely hope she is available.
