When I brought my machines in for service the staff were exceptional in their expertise in dealing with a problem machine and honest about what I should do with it. The estimate on costs were accurate and the time it would take was accurate as well.
Amazing staff, very helpful and caring
I've been a customer with this company for over 10 years. I've never been disappointed in the availability of sewing/embroidery machines and vacuums. It's amazing that they stock all of the accessories for all of their products. On top of that, the staff is wonderful. Smart and well informed.
