After numerous calls to have my air conditioning repaired. I was informed that the part still was not available. Earlier I was told the part has been ordered and the part is on its way. After a month of sweating in the hot July sun, they finally got the part for the air conditioner. When they did come to repair it, the technician asked to borrow my flashlight because he didn't have one. It was late in the evening I guess he didn't want to work in the heat of the day.
