After several challenges with repairmen who were busy trying to sell me a new central a/c system instead of trying to repair it, I contacted Michael with Quality Service. I was more than pleased with his demeanor, professionalism, assessment and commitment to provide me with first-class repair service. After he explained the problem, he was patient and focused in repairing my unit and all is well. Thank you Mike for exceptional service at an affordable price!!
One day i turned on the ac heard a pow like a blowout on a tire. The ac compressor was hissing and smoking. The first hvac company to come out said the compressor was shot. I called quality Service and they came out the next day and confirm that the unit was shot and provided me with a couple of options and estimates to replace it and when they might be able to accomplish the installation.
