Mike was excellent at solving my fridge door problem. Needs bit more work on communicating when things get delayed. Return visit was to be b/t 8-10 am. Didn't arrive til after 11:15, with no call to me about the delay. I ended up texting and calling Mike. All in all, issue resolved & I'm satisfied. On Aug 22 Mike returned & finished small issue with fridge door. All good.
This place is no good. Pay 80 dollars for appointment. The next day on my appointment the call center calls and say the tech is not coming out because it's his birthday. I say ok I get it so we more it to the next day. Check.9:10 am the center calls me and said the tech refuses to come out because its making noise he said it to costly to fix. I love the over the phone diagnostic
Mike was professional, punctual, and proficient. I will use Quality Service again in a heartbeat!!
