Would rate higher but I only get up to 5 stars. This is the company and team you want for your septic issues. Michael, answers his own phone, gives you specific times for his service and performs it perfectly. Very willing to instruct on proper septic practices. Didn't scold me for neglecting mine. Explained every thing he did and why. Arrived on time. Did everything he needed without rushing through it just to get done.
