I can not say enough about the customer service and quality of work! Preston is amazing, and the whole team from front office to the RV repair team are AMAZING!
Found myself in a pinch the morning I was set to deliver our trailer 4 1/2 hours away. Called ahead that morning, showed up, they had the part and got me back on the road in no time. Location in relation to DFW is perfect in my opinion as our only other option from Mansfield was to go an hour out of the way to Cleburne. It's a small place but extremely nice and helpful people there.
They were able to do several repairs due to blowouts and our roof getting punchered. They did everything as promised, I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
Quality RV is far and away the best RV repair shop experience we have ever had. My wife and I have been full time in our RV on and off for the last 4 years and our experiences with most RV repair shops has been horrendous to say the least. Seems like no matter where you go these days someone is looking to rip you off or sell you something you really don’t need. That is why Quality RV was such a pleasant surprise for us.
