Anastasia talked me through getting my warranty information, then handled everything else. Jason came out the next day (which was Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend) and explained what was going on with my RV's AC. Got a call the following Tuesday (due to the holiday falling on Monday) explaining everything they had in the works to get me fixed up. I am very pleased with the work Quality RV has performed for me. Issues were addressed in a professional manner and the work performed has met my expectations. Maintaining good communication between customer and shop is essential and I am pleased with Hailey and Jason answering my concerns as they arise. Katie and Preston were quick to respond to my requests as well. A fine team at Quality RV. I will certainly return in the future to Quality RV when I again need RV repairs. Just like me, all RVs require attention.
Quality RV is AWESOME!!! I can’t recommend this business enough. Unfortunately, our rig was just too old but they BENT OVER BACKWARDS to find our parts and try to make it work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Quality RV did a fantastic job on my Elkridge Heartland. I had major black tank and plumbing issues caused by another plumbing company, CPRV. In less than two days, Thomas with Quality RV installed all new black tank, plumbing, insulation and a new underbelly. My RV is completely restored!! What a good feeling!
