Kelly and the crew are great! Easy to work with and they preform quality work. I have been working with them for about 5 years and have recommended them many times, and will continue to work with them. Prices are fair and they are always willing to work with your pain in the butt warranty programs that always seem like a hassle. couldn't be happier. Family Owned and operated still means something!!!
I took my travel trailer to Quality RV Repair to replace my carpet and put a new awning on but while the there worker was taking out my furniture to replace the carpet he ripped my linoleum and they said unless he admits that he did it they would not fix the linoleum so he never would admit to doing . So I am left with a rip in my linoleum. So my advice to anyone who plans on using them is to take pictures of your RV otherwise plan on getting ripped off .
I recently had the displeasure of working at Quality RV... They were the worst, meanest, cruel and unusual professional people I have ever worked for. Moreover day in and day out I watched them take advantage of there customers, doing poor work for high prices. After that experience I quit working there and took another job as a RV technician elsewhere for $ 6.50 less a hour and I have never been happier. What ever you do don't go to Quality RV in Springfield Oregon.
