Great experience buying my trailer here. Both Jaxson and Scott were great to work with. Up front and honest and were willing to answer any questions I had. I would recommend!
One star - because the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. Zero stars because the trailer we bought has cost us over $2,000 so far in repairs for problems that were undisclosed when we bought it. We asked that all systems be checked out before we purchased it and that we do a run through of everything to make sure it worked. They indicated everything was in working order. The good? Quick and easy buying process… that’s about where it ended though. We were told everything was tested on our $50k toy hauler and everything worked. Well the generator did not run. Bought a new carb, drained and filled the gas with new, ran for a few minutes and died again. Did a full tune, oil change, etc. still nothing so we had to go buy a massive generator to run the two ACs that we now have to tote around (weighs about 200 pounds) for every trip (first $2k they cost us). We had a great experience buying our RV from Quality RV. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured, which made a big difference during such a big purchase. They took the time to walk us through different options and helped us find something that really fit our needs and budget. Scott and Jaxon were great to work with!
Would not recommend, bought this trailer 4 days ago from here and we have had nothing but problems since.
