Had Tom out on Friday to do a quote for a roof restoration, was beyond pleased with how he conducted himself, the information he provided and the overall process. Can't wait to see the finished product.
Avoid this organisation! Very quick to organise a sales rep to come out & complete a quote - and sign you up for $20k interest free payments… but then you have to chase to get them to complete the work. When they finally come out they fix the roof but leave the downpipes in their packaging on the front lawn for WEEKS. We finally got them to come back & complete the job but still have not finished all elements on the quote. Justin was on time... got up on the roof took pictures and showed them to me. Explained the process was good enough to come back next day to go through contract with me. Look forward to my roof being done.
