We had to get a quote for some work that needs done, we dealt with Joshua he's a top notch salesman five stars to quality roofing pro!!
Bad communication Double booked on 12-18-2025 at 930am set for new time and agreed to at 3pm. Text received on 12-19-2025 stated that Tony Murphy would be here at WHAT time 1030am which I am not available. This was rescheduled at this time without my knowledge. Unacceptable. I am cancealing all appointments with Quality Roofing Pro. If this is how Quality Roofing Pro set up an estimate. What kind of scheduling wwould be made, for the actual work to be done.
They were wonderful to fit me in before winter started when I found a leak in my roof! The crew also did a great job cleaning up, if I wouldn’t have seen them doing the work, I wouldn’t have even known they were there! Thanks so much!
