Set a appointment and saw The guy that very morning and said he would be up in few hours to look , NO show NO call and 2 weeks later I see the guy and gave NO explanation why he blew me off after telling me to my face ' in few hours I'll be up even though I was at work and 2 weeks later today i see him and still didn't ask to reschedule, bad business practice in a small town
Excellent workmanship and expertise on what turned out to be a very difficult job. Baseline wood (below the plywood layer) was from a 226 year old house, and the roof lacked a venting system which required a "cold roof" be installed. From removing the damaged plywood, to designing and installing all components of the cold roof frame to the final shingles...an extremely detailed, well done and professional job. Could not have ask for a better result. Thank you so much to Mike, Tara, and the crew!!!
Last year I had a roof leak and was assured confidently it could be repaired by the company owner. A heat tape was also installed. I called in December of 2025 with concerns if the heat tape was properly working. I called again regarding a leak in a different area. I was was informed then that the company does not recommend installing heat tapes. I asked that the owner who I had set up the work with call me. No response.
We had our roof replaced about 5 years ago by this company. They did an excellent job. Most recently we noticed leaks in our roof caused by another company that set up our new hot water heater a number of months ago. Quality roofing responded quickly to our request for an inspection and was able to expedite the repair for a reasonable cost. Thank you Quality Roofing!
Quality Roofing and Siding did an amazing job installing our new cedar shake siding. Their workmanship and product was exceptional. Will call them again for future projects. Highly recommend 👌
