The company came out and provided an initial cost estimate, but communication and following up to get on the schedule proved difficult. No luck. To me, the lack of follow-up reflects very poor customer service. Went elsewhere.
Gave an estimate. Will not return call to schedule service in a timely manner. Very poor customer service.
