They came to my home, contracted by the condo association, to do repairs on leaking pipes. The repairs were done quickly but they let it go for over 2 weeks--16 days --before they came back to do the restoration. They needed constant reminding by the homeowner and the condo management to do their duty. The wall and pipes were left exposed for 3 weeks while we waited. Cruz, the owner, never returned a call.
