Very rude do not recommend!
Nov 2021 this company came out the following day that I called and removed all the wet carpet, flooring and walls. They said they would return in March 2022 but never did. I was very disabled from 2 injuries and in the process of have 3 major surgeries. I did call a few times but with all the meds I was on and the pain I lost tract of the time. We had water damage in one of our bathrooms and laundry room. QRS did an amazing repair. They are an extremely trustworthy company. I had zero worries about leaving the workers alone in my home. They respected my property and made repairs where we can't even see that it was worked on. Will hire again if I need more work done.
