We had water damage done to our bathroom and had no clue what we needed to do. I ultimately did not need to hire quality restoration services, but when I called, I got an immediate response! I got so much excellent advice, outlining the insurance claims and contracting process. I was so impressed with Brent’s clear instructions, guidance, advise and de-escalating me from my flooding scenario that I was bummed I didn’t need to hire them at the end (because my insurance company is garbage and denied my claim).
