My lines got mangled during a cab swap and the ram dealer discontinued the mandatory no aftermarket lines could be found and I didn't want to bend and make my own lines. Josh took my lines and made new ones in stainless and even made a return line for my steering gear box that was also obsolete.
I had an issue with the order. Wasn't right. Just a error on my part possibly. They were great. Called me right back, and handled the issue for me easily. I'll come back for all my likes and tubes for sure.
Josh went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct fittings so I could complete my project.
The lady I called to was rude. Got mad when I wanted to talk to someone I already talked to about the situation and she would refuse to let me talk to anyone but here. Way to treat customers wish I remembered her name to call her out
Very poor customer service experience. I ordered a part online Sunday night, realized it was incorrect, and emailed sales the same night to cancel it. I received a shipping notification at 5:24am Monday and then a message from Ilia in Sales at 8:23am that she could not cancel the order because it had already shipped.
