We finally got our dream kitchen. The whole remodel was smooth and handled with care by Quality Remodeling.
The workers, four guys who installed the bathroom were very polite and worked hard. Management is the worst I have ever dealt with. After they get the down payment you won't be able to talk to them. The bathroom is only 4 feet x 8 feet. A 10 day job turned into a 3 month job because of constant miscommunication. They will not answer your calls and prefer to use email. When Matt sat down with us he said call me anytime and that was a lie just like another lady posted about the communication between the work crew and managemen... read more
Work was first quality. Communication was great. Tub to Shower looks great and completed as requested. End results were better than we exoected!

We completed our kitchen renovation led by Malik. They kept us informed the entire time once we made our final selections even with the delays on the custom cabinets which of course were out of their control. I appreciated most was how they set expectations. Matt did everything he said they would do and was accurate about the time of the project. I respect that they do not start their jobs until they have everything in stock and ready. That made the entire kitchen from demo to finish take 2 weeks! The only part that went on ... read more
