I came in recently to look at their flooring options after visiting Floor & Decor, Lowe's, and Home Depot. I was excited to see how many options were available! The better quality of their LVP flooring is noticeably better than the flooring I checked out at the other places. Tate answered any and all of my questions. They know home improvement and they know their products well. I'm confident that they can handle any of my home improvement projects better than a lot of the common "Pro's" in the industry.
We had 2 bathrooms redone and are very happy with the final product! Our team, lead by Tate, was very professional and responded to errors and changes very graciously and promptly. The downstairs bathroom was made with a zero entry floor and I had them put a track system on the ceiling for a curtain since the space was small and I didn't want any glass. Have called 3 times after having Matt come out for a quote and talked to the receptionist. Still haven’t heard back it’s been almost a month.
Quality Remodeling is exactly that, quality. Matt the estimator came to my house and provided us a price detailing everything we said we wanted done. It wasn't the lowest price, but very fair. There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step.
