My realtor was helping us out, as we were out of town. He was harassed, threated and was told they would put a lien on the property if not paid immediately. The work was just completed a few days ago, and we had a check to them in our mail box the day we got home! Apparently we could not pay them fast enough. This is unprofessional and unacceptable and not the way a business should be run. I would never use them again, and I suggest anyone reading this takes serious look at the reviews.
Had a wonderful experience with Quality Remediation LLC !!! Just as promised the crew taped everything off and put up a barrier . We had mold remediation in our attic done . When they left there was mess left behind . Even showed us before and after pictures!!! You wouldn’t know they were here ! Can’t say that of other companies we have used . Would highly recommend to family and friends !!! A+++++
It was a pleasure to work with Veronica and Chris as I was guided through the process of eliminating an area of mold in my basement near a sump pump. I was given the appropriate steps to ready the home for air testing and was able to eliminate the mold safely. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and gave me expert advice on how to monitor my home for the future. Thank you!

I hired this company for remediation work at my house, and the experience was disappointing due to their unprofessional communication. When they couldn’t find the keys for 15 minutes, I was told: “We will not wait all morning on a holiday. If we reschedule, there will be an additional $750 remobilization fee.” They found the keys shortly after, but the tone was unnecessary and aggressive.
