The positives: The owners are nice and welcoming. The staff is nice. They have aquatic therapy (which I did not use). The negatives: This is the Henry Ford of therapy. You are a widget in the PT assembly line. You won't have the same therapist at consecutive appointments. The therapist with give you a set of exercises and you'll do the exact same ones at every session. You'll be packed into a small, hot, humid room with 3-4 other clients. I found the physical therapist to be professional and knowledgeable. She explained and demonstrated the required tasks. I was given the therapeutic skills needed to complete my therapy at home.

Inconsistency with communication between the head therapist and the schedulers. I am a disabled veteran that needs water therapy. But after attending this institution about 3 times I see that there is little to nothing that they can teach me. But I still attended wholeheartedly. It seems to be about money and how often a person can attend rather than there being any vested interest in the progression of the patients. We see the World As We Are. Matthew is very difficult to work with and projected his emotions the people.
