Management has chosen to not take people from certain insurance companies. I know that's their right, but they are the only game in town & are supposed to be in the healthcare industry. I wonder if they carry that negative vibe through the whole business 🤔. To refuse to take one patient in pain, truly in need of help whose insurance has agreed to pay & pays quickly using industry standard billing scale as all other companies is downright mean. Dr. Matt Newman one of the owners and a physical therapist,is an absolute jewel. One aspect of healing is trust in your therapist and a positive attitude. Matt embraces those concepts and because of that I feel so much better. Thank you Josh as well for your assistance. .

The positives: The owners are nice and welcoming. The staff is nice. They have aquatic therapy (which I did not use). The negatives: This is the Henry Ford of therapy. You are a widget in the PT assembly line. You won't have the same therapist at consecutive appointments. The therapist with give you a set of exercises and you'll do the exact same ones at every session. You'll be packed into a small, hot, humid room with 3-4 other clients.
