Management has chosen to not take people from certain insurance companies. I know that's their right, but they are the only game in town & are supposed to be in the healthcare industry. I wonder if they carry that negative vibe through the whole business 🤔. To refuse to take one patient in pain, truly in need of help whose insurance has agreed to pay & pays quickly using industry standard billing scale as all other companies is downright mean. Dr. Matt Newman one of the owners and a physical therapist,is an absolute jewel. One aspect of healing is trust in your therapist and a positive attitude. Matt embraces those concepts and because of that I feel so much better. Thank you Josh as well for your assistance. .
