Terrible experience. On 4/21 I called to set up a repair on my dishwasher They couldn’t come out until 5/5 which is what it is, I waited no problem there. The repair guy came out and said he’s never seen a dishwasher leak from where it’s leaking from but might have a part at the shop and will let me know. They charged me for the service call $60 and labor $60 “nothing was even done” didn’t hear anything called back 5/13 to follow up. Moved into a new home with an older Thermador oven. It recently broke & I had to get a replacement part. I was recommended to Quality Refrigeration and within a few days of scheduling, they were at my house. Completed the job in less then 15 min. Fantastic experience!
Quality Refrigeration was professional throughout my contact with them from scheduling through completion of the service call on my Bosch dishwasher. The technician showed up at the time scheduled and did a great job with the repair. Highly recommend, would work with this company again. Thank you!
