I'd give QRS 10 stars if it were an option! We made the decision to preserve the original cast iron tub in our 1950's home and heard about QRS from a friend who highly reccomended them. Not only were they professional, detailed and efficient, they've come back on 2 occasions for touch up work that needed to be done. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you QRS team (and especially Devon who went the extra mile!)
We waited for over a month to get this company to perform a simple bathtub refinishing job. Their subcontractor showed up to the site and wouldn’t do the job because the heat wasn’t on, which they could have turned on themselves, and because we had an unfinished floor which he said was dirty. I tried to explain to them that we were keeping the existing tile and would be adding a new floor “after” their work was complete as floors are the last thing to be completed with all construction jobs.
