Do not take your car here if you get into a accident and need it repaired. You will get excuses for when it's supposed to be done. The date it is supposed to be done will change every week. Meanwhile your vehicle is just sitting there and nothing is actually happening. Then when they finally do something they try and get all the insurance money for storage fees which would not have racked up if they were actually doing there job and doing what they were saying they were doing. After my accident in Nov ',24, the wrecker service in Simpson county (father of this owner- 1st Red Flag) suggested Quality M & F (this place) - I was told in Dec 2024, he had 3 in front of me. Ok. Sounds good. After 2 months there, I was told about every 2-3 weeks 'it'll be about 2 more weeks". 'The ice & hail really put us behind ' Me: 'aaaahhh mine was here before that storm?"
