Not quite sure why the word 'quality' is in this business's name. They are everything BUT quality. I do not recommend using their services in locating an apartment. Don't bother dealing with Sandra, very unprofessional and completely unhelpful. They pick and choose what they feel like dealing with and even then it is in an untimely matter. If I could give negative stars, I would. Guaranteed miserable experience. Also reported to the BBB.
