The scheduling process may not always be straight forward or simple, but they always get it done. 1/20/25 I had a tech come out to fill my tank. It was during one of the coldest periods this season. The tech found a code violation and could not refill my nearly empty tank due to a safety concern. Instead of just throwing a lock on the tank and leaving me without propane/heat, the tech stayed on site and resolved the code violation in order to be able to fill my tank. We were very satisfied with the process of switching from a different supplier. It was a quick, easy, efficient process. We especially loved being able to deal face to face with people in our community! Sherry in the local office was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions.
