Called Wednesday evening about getting the carpets in my bedroom and sunroom cleaned due to a skunk incident with our dog. The smell has been stuck in certain areas. They were able to come the next morning to clean the areas. So far so good, will keep smelling the areas that were hit the hardest for the smells. But he was very responsive and quick. If we have any other needs we’ll definitely give them a call back.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Quality Pro Carpet Cleaners, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! Chris, the technician, did an outstanding job cleaning my home. Hired them once and they did a decent job. Called to schedule them to come out again a couple years later and they were a no call, no show and responded an hour after the missed appointment with an excuse, but would get me on the schedule for the following week. I reached out 2 more times the following week with zero response. What a shame, we were going to be loyal repeat clients.
