Salesman didn't seem to want to sell me anything.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely unacceptable. The Salesman seemed to want ME to lead HIM through the process—didn’t know what he had, couldn’t answer my questions, and didn’t care if I bought a house or not. All this I could forgive. But the rudeness guaranteed I wouldn’t take a house from “Quality” Pre-Owned if they tried to DONATE it to me. JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING THIS COMPANY!
My boyfriend & I stopped in to look at a couple of manufactured homes we were interested in & see about financing. The salesman wouldn't take time to show us the homes or even show us what they had in our price range. He just sent us out on the lot on our own & told us to look at whatever we wanted. When we returned to the office, he wouldn't even discuss financing options & acted like we were just wasting his time. Very poor customer service. Very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. "In Feb. 2010 our home was destroyed by fire. We started checking out different homes. We wanted good construction, open floor plan and a fair price. We found this when we went to Quality Pre-Owned Homes and talked to Greg Shields. We chose a Buccaneer home it was everything we wanted. Greg was very good to work with, he helped us change a few things in the home to our satisfaction. Our utility bills are very reasonable. We've been our home 2 1/2 years now and have added a garage, front porch and sun room. We're very pleased... read more
