TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I used Quality Pools to service my pool and pond in Boulder for about a year. During that short period Debbie, the owner who does her own billing, double charged me for a pool pump, overcharged me for the amount of hours her men were on-site, and made SEVERAL major accounting errors which made life very complicated.
