Amazing service and trouble shooting. I have a very old pool that the liner was damaged and I had other issues around the pool, stairs, and connection. Quality pools crew actually takes the time to discuss solutions, propose alternatives, and recommend best alternative that meets you objective. Yes, they do listen. I like that they keep up to date with best technology for your pool and I love the advice/ product recommendation to keeping my pool water clean and healthy all season long. Great place friendly staff, knowledgeable!
Great (LACK OF) customer service. THEIR repair did not work, so they charged me DOUBLE to come back and fix it. Rude, non-cooperative. Then they threated to send it to collections if I did not pay. What a joke of a company.
