Corey is a rockstar. He was patient with us, took the time to hear the issues we were having, examined all the physical realities of the situation in our pool, and then recommended a smart and reasonably priced solution. He could have “sold us” a much pricier option but had the integrity to recommend the best solution even though it didn’t put more money in his pocket. Again, rockstar!
Corey was excellent to work with. He was always responsive, whether by answering my calls or getting back to me quickly. He is knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the job clearly. His professionalism and communication made the entire process smooth and easy. We just had Cory from Quality Pools come and repair our filter. My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cory!!! We called spoke with him and he came out the same day took the filter apart and had it completely finished the next day. The Quality of the work was outstanding. Pricing was great. I had a great experience with Quality Pool!!! They did an excellent job from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional throughout the entire process and the quality of their work exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Quality Pool to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pool service!!! I have inserted before and after pictures for your review.
We use Quality Pools for opening, closing, and maintenance. They are always on time and professional. Most recently, we needed to replace the pump. We texted Corey on a Sunday and he replaced it before lunch on Tuesday. We can’t recommend Quality Pools and Corey enough!
