Do not go here. Wanted a semi inground pool. Reffered installer didn't know how to put it in so I ended up with a completely above ground pool with a liner full of wrinkles and divots. Solar cover wasn't made for this pool and also got a winter cover that was for an inground pool and was told it didn't come in the size for my pool. However I found one online that covered the sides of my pool. Avoid this place entirely!!
Fantastic customer service. Took a part to get a new one and they knew exactly what it was and had it. Highly recommend to go get your parts from them. Friendly service, quick and knowledgeable.
So starting off.. i feel that Mr. Mackey spends so much time with his customers which We love. I am a true researcher and "review reader" before i buy anything. Mr. Mackey was able to answer any and all of my questions without hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable about all spa aspects. We purchased a PDC biscayne luxury spa on July 24th. There is a 20 week wait, not due to quality pools but a shortage and backorder. We welcome the wait as we need to put a deck on and there is a lumber shortage now. This is also a PA com... read more
