We called Quality Pools for an opening and to vacuum our pool for use this summer. They told me that they'd be there on Monday, but did no specify a time, so we waited all day until they showed up after 6pm. They found that our skimmer needed to be replaced, so they said they'd return Tuesday or Wednesday to install a new one. Saturday (5 days later) they finally came and replaced it. We contracted Quality Pools to install a new in ground pool liner. We found their estimate to be competitive with other contractors. They showed up on time and took meticulous measurements.The new liner was made and installed within days, allowing us to have a joyous 4th of July.
