Quality pool care is the only pool care for me! Their customer service is top-notch!!
It's important for businesses to be mindful of their limitations and not take on more than they can handle. Unfortunately, this pool business failed to do so and it ended up hurting their own business. Given the current state of supply and demand, if a part was ordered for the business, it's their responsibility to keep the customer informed of its status. They closed my .pool last year. They did not fully drain water out the pump . Causing leaking when they open pool back up this week. Ithey only took the cover no vacuuming . No setting made for the pumb.terrible terrible service . They showed up at 4 the appointment was at 12 . They never call and say the are running late .i will never use them again .
