I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've had Tim as our pool guy for a little over a year. And in that year he has struggled to keep our pool clean. I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. This guy is amazing, called him for first time for service, left a message, he called back within 10min, he took time to listen to repairs I had already made, he made recommendations over the phone, some of which prevented potential health risks, his recs fixed the issue and he didn't even charge me for the phone consult.
