The service people are awesome. Initially when my hot tub broke (fountain started leaking) i called and asked them for advice. Both Jim and Joe were very patient with my repeated calls and complete lack of knowledge or skill. Despite their best efforts to walk me through the repair process, i failed. They continued to be supportive and agreed to come out and fix it. I went out this morning to start to fill the tub and found that they had already come and fixed the problem! Another awesome summer!! I have gotten way more use out of the pool with less cost and expenses after switching to quality pool and spa. I had such a great experience when they installed the new pool a few years ago. They continue with the great support and helpful knowledge years later. Very impressive service oriented and over all great people! Thank you quality pool and spa team!!
